This is a lightweight Teamspeak overlay so you can see who's in your channel and who's talking on your game screen.
I've been using it for a bit now and figured I'd share, as it uses way less resources than something like Overwolf.

Then you want to go to Settings>Plugins and make sure "Teamspeak 3 Overlay Plugin" is checked, then click reload all at the bottom. You may have to close and reopen Teamspeak before and after this. You also may have to reload the game for it to work.
To do any settings, just go to Settings>Plugins in Teamspeak, then right click "Teamspeak 3 Overlay Plugin" and go to settings. Here you can change a lot of the stuff. One thing to note is in the Input tab, where activation key is. This is what you click in-game to move everything around, so make it something off-the-wall you'd never use in game, then do the keys in-game to move things where you want them to be.
